Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes package tracking
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium menswear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from odors
  • In original packaging with all accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • All Underwear & Nightwear
  • Swimwear with broken hygiene seals

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Email Body: Include:
    • Your full name and contact number
    • Whether you want a return or exchange
    • Item details (name, size, color, quantity)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: your preferred new size/color
    • Confirmation that items meet return conditions

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (US returns only)
  • Special instructions for international returns

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items with:

  • Original packaging
  • Completed return form (from your original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

International returns: Affix the provided customs declaration stating “Returned Goods” to avoid duties.

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our Savannah facility, we’ll inspect items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Specify your exchange preferences in your request
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  • Expedited shipping is available for exchanges at additional cost

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods and retaining proof of postage
  • Customs duties for international returns are non-refundable
