Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from odors
  • In original packaging with all accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (all styles)
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US returns)
  • Instructions for international returns

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items with the original packaging and include:

  • Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

For international returns, affix the provided customs declaration stating “Returned Goods” to avoid duties.

Step 4: Processing

Once received at our Savannah facility, we’ll inspect items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:
